SENATE BILL NO. 38 An Act relating to anatomical gifts, living                 
wills, and do not resuscitate orders and recommended the Judiciary             
Committee Substitute offered on page 379 be adopted.  Signing do               
pass: Senators Sharp, Pearce, Cochairs, Senators Donley, Torgerson,            
Parnell.  Signing no recommendation: Senators Adams, Phillips.
